Put on your walking boots, bring your packed lunch, water bottle and sensible clothes for a ‘medium’ graded LGBTIQA+ bushwalk with members of The Nomads Outdoor Group Inc (mostly Melbourne) and The Alluvians (Castlemaine gay mens social group).

After meeting at Castlemaine Station, we car-pool to the Garfield Wheel in the historial Castlemaine Diggings National Heritage Park, and walk up to the Welsh Village, then further up to The Res and back down via Forest Creek to our cars at the Wheel. 

After the walk, quench your thirst with a visit to ‘Beers for Queers’ at The Love Shack, or head home for a rest!
